We publish a free directory of Colorado law firms and general legal guides. We are not a law firm, not a lawyer referral service, and not your attorney. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using the site does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any firm listed. See our disclaimer.
2. No endorsement
Inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation, certification, rating, or endorsement. Listing order is generated automatically from public data such as ratings and review counts. We do not currently accept payment for placement; if that changes, paid placements will be clearly labelled “Sponsored”.
3. Accuracy
Listings are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. You are responsible for verifying an attorney’s identity, licence status, and standing with the Colorado Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel before hiring them.
4. Contacting a firm
When you submit a consultation request, we forward it to the single firm you selected. We do not sell your request, distribute it to other firms, or guarantee that the firm will respond or accept your matter. Do not send confidential or time-critical information through this site — a submission does not toll any deadline or statute of limitations.
5. Reviews and submissions
- Reviews must describe your own genuine experience.
- No defamatory, unlawful, harassing, or confidential content, and no content that reveals privileged information.
- We moderate submissions and may edit for length or decline to publish, at our discretion.
- By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish your submission on the site.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell the directory; do not attempt to access administrative areas; do not use the site to send unsolicited marketing to listed firms; do not interfere with the site’s operation.
7. Intellectual property
Site design, guides, and compiled listings are ours. Firm names, logos, photos, and review text belong to their respective owners and appear here as factual business information or under fair use. To report infringing content, see our contact page.
8. Third-party links
We link to firm websites, maps, and official resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any outcome of your dealings with a listed attorney. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
